WARRANTY COVERAGE

We provide comprehensive warranty coverage for Forthing vehicles against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not apply to failures or damages resulting from misuse, improper operation, negligence, accidents, or any unauthorized modifications.

Private Use Vehicles

For privately used Forthing vehicles, the warranty is valid for 60 months from the original date of purchase or up to 160,000 kilometers, whichever occurs first. This coverage includes key electric and powertrain components such as the high-voltage (power) battery, electric drive motor unit, motor control unit (MCU), vehicle control unit (VCU), and the range extender engine, where applicable.

Fleet and Commercial Use Vehicles

For vehicles operated in fleet, leasing, transportation, or limousine services, the warranty coverage is valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase or up to 100,000 kilometers, whichever occurs first.
